Events , Dining Add commentsCongratulations to the participants of the Culinary Showdown held at The Mill Casino last month! Our Executive Chef Dan Catanio helped raise $3,000 for area youth through this event created for area high school students. Teams of students went head to head in an Iron Chef-like competition where the secret ingredients were marinated chicken breasts and halibut.
